In Game Rules and Attitudes

I know I'm new but some things urk me the wrong way. I think if our clan(or members) is/are on our server we all need to follow the rules and set a good example for the other players. I find my own clan members breaking rules a little frustrating, especially when other people not in the clan start doing the same thing, and the ]I[ clan members dont get warned for it.

e.g., Sniping knifers on our own server, crossing boundary lines, and a general disregard for authority/admins.

I would like to know what everyone else has to say about it... Am I the only one that feels pretty helpless when things get out of control?

Thoughts, comments, snide remarks?

We need to set up official rules, because quite frankly, it gets infuriating.

I suggest:

- Snipe/Knife only (maybe pistol, what do people think about this?)
- No explosives other than getting on buildings
- No glitching, cheating, hacking, whatever
- No camping
- No spawn killing

And we need to do something possibly about teams just grouping up and practically gang banging members of the other team...

I warn and kick if a member isnt following a rule, but they still doing it, so we need to put the rules clear.

Yeah, I would suggest putting more rules in the Loading screen.

Pistol would be fine, it would solve issues, especially with people crossing the wall on Camp Gib. Quite a few servers I play on allow snipe, knife and pistol.

I really neglected to set up proper rules, but now that my Internet is back, I'll set them up.

what about shotgun/knife or something like that?

no way, everyone will get "shotguned" before you can start knifing

Ok, so Anton, what say you. I've written up some of the rules. Xfire me sometime tonight and we'll finalize and I'll post them to the forums. I'm tired of discrepancies.
